Thank you for shopping with Sundrycove. Below is our official return and refund policy covering all beauty products, packaged snacks, and coffee goods purchased from our store.
1. Return Period
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, seals, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the order receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at yybbu666888@outlook.com with your order number and return reason.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back without an official return request will not be accepted or processed. For any return-related questions, feel free to contact us anytime.
3. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive defective, damaged, faulty items or incorrect products, please contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or solution at no extra cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items (Food & Beauty Rules)
Due to hygiene, safety, and shelf-life regulations, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Perishable food & beverage items: All packaged snacks, coffee products, and edible goods (cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons)
  • Opened or used beauty & personal care products: Any cosmetics and beauty essentials that have been opened, used, or damaged by customers (hygiene protection policy)
  • Customized & personalized products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards: All discounted clearance items and gift cards are final sale
Unopened, unused, and sealed beauty products remain eligible for return within our 90-day return window.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired product is to return your current item following our return process. Once your return is received and approved, you may place a new separate order for the new product you want.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days for any reason, without providing justification. The item must be unopened, unused, with original tags and complete original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This regulation applies in addition to our 90-day standard return policy.
7. Refund Processing
We will inspect your returned items promptly after receiving your package. You will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.
