This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the official website of Sundrycove, an online retailer specializing in premium beauty products, packaged snacks, and specialty coffee. 1. Free Shipping Eligibility

Free standard shipping is automatically offered for all domestic US orders with a subtotal of $69.9 USD and above.

Orders with a subtotal under $69.9 USD will be charged a standard flat shipping fee calculated based on package weight, size, and delivery distance.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and inspected within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding US federal holidays. We conduct strict quality and hygiene inspections for all beauty goods, packaged snacks, and coffee products before packaging to ensure product safety and integrity.

Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

3. Domestic Shipping & Delivery Time (United States)

We cooperate with reliable local US shipping carriers to ensure stable and safe delivery for all domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional shipping fees apply)

Occasional delivery delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, carrier logistics adjustments, or remote regional transportation restrictions. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, but we will monitor order status and provide timely updates for all shipped packages.

4. Product Packaging & Shipping Notes

Considering the characteristics of our products, we adopt professional protective packaging for all orders:

Sealed beauty products are packaged with shockproof materials to avoid extrusion and damage. Perishable packaged snacks and coffee goods are packed with sealed and fresh-keeping packaging to guarantee product quality during transportation.

Sundrycove is not responsible for delivery failures, package loss, or secondary damage caused by incorrect customer shipping addresses, missed package pickup, or long-term unclaimed parcels.

5. Order Modification & Cancellation

Customers are allowed to modify shipping information or cancel orders free of charge before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, no order cancellation or address modification will be supported.

6. Shipping Liability Statement

Once the package is handed over to the official shipping carrier and marked as “shipped”, the transportation risk shall be borne by the logistics provider. If your package is lost, severely delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
